We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio within Western Sydney/Central Coast Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through execution of a strategic industry sales plan.
- Deliver against sales and profit targets by securing and growing accounts.
- Utilize a consultative, high-touch sales approach to consult with clients and understand business needs and challenges.
- Identify buying behaviour and value drivers to sell-in products and solutions.
- Work in partnership with our distributor management team to develop strong relationships with targeted clients.
- Build a deep network of relationships at different touch-points within customer accounts.
- Utilize digital tools to identify leads and business opportunities.
