We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio within Western Sydney/Central Coast Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the distributor management team to develop strong relationships with targeted clients.
- Utilize digital tools to identify leads and business opportunities.
About You:
You are a seasoned sales professional with account management, sales, or business development experience within a B2B sales or corporate sales environment. Your experience selling within manufacturing, industrial, and/or food production industries will be highly regarded.
You possess a solutions-focused and relationship-driven sales approach, with highly developed communication and negotiation skills. You are comfortable using data to plan your sales approach and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and account-specific KPIs.
