As a Retail Associate at Zoomo, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting riders in acquiring essential skills for using our e-bikes.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure riders receive exceptional in-person support, guidance through onboarding processes, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Meet sales targets by promoting our e-bikes to riders and fostering positive relationships with customers.
- Work closely with our bike mechanic team to maintain high-quality e-bikes and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with new policies, procedures, and programs affecting riders and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience, advocating for rider needs and concerns.
Requirements
- A regular full-time roster of 38 hours per week.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or operations environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, deliver results, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and use online systems.
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus (e.g., Spanish).
- An interest in all things bikes or e-bikes is highly valued.
