As a Bid Manager, you will be accountable for developing and implementing positioning and winning strategies, driving and coordinating our talented and committed people in the pursuit of securing new work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and communicate the agreed strategic direction for winning work
  • Assist with the identification and selection of partners, specialists, and subcontractors
  • Implement tender execution plans to ensure resources are appropriate and used effectively and efficiently
  • Drive, challenge, and support the bid team to develop and deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that all internal governance requirements are complied with
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a project management, commercial, or engineering environment
  • Ability to manage teams in delivery of defined outcomes under time and cost constraints
  • Experience in a previous work-winning function would be viewed favorably, in particular showing an understanding of the various inputs required to develop high-quality proposals
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with ability to quickly adapt and manage change
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
