**About the Opportunity**
Perigon Group is seeking a skilled Rostering/Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This 3-week assignment offers the perfect opportunity for someone with a rostering background looking for interim work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure compatibility of staff with participants, considering skills and lifestyle preferences.
- Develop rosters for services that meet legislative requirements, staff availability, client needs, and funding limitations, including NDIS, DHHS, and TCP clients.
- Provide a central point of contact for vacancy management.
- Manage the allocation of shifts to ensure ongoing engagement of casual staff.
- Interpret relevant industrial instruments when developing rosters, scheduling within budget parameters, and ensuring compliance with relevant awards.
- Manage staff leave and ensure timely backfill.
**Requirements**
- Understanding of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS) - Mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, rostering/scheduling/workforce planning in the community services, not-for-profit, or healthcare sectors.
- Experience using rostering systems/platforms.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using the Microsoft suite of systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Thorough attention to detail and accuracy.
