About the Role
The Workforce Planning Lead will play a key role in supporting our Workforce Planning function within Sportsbet's Customer Operations division. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Management, this role will be responsible for establishing an efficient and effective Rostering Model for multiple teams and channels across Sportsbet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain accurate forecasts of demand, efficiency, and shrinkage for frontline channels
- Schedule build and roster management for frontline teams
- Provide insights and reporting on performance data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimize workforce planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in workforce-related disciplines in a contact centre environment
- Direct experience with workforce management systems and forecasting/resourcing methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
