Sector Lead for Road Infrastructure
About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for spearheading the development of HDR's strategy to expand services in the road infrastructure market sector, working closely with region and area business unit leadership.
The road infrastructure market sector is a significant contributor to the company's global revenue, representing nearly $1B annually. It includes clients that own and operate highways, toll roads, city, town, and local roads, and bridge structures that carry these roadways.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic vision and direction for the market sector
- Serve as Client Manager for selected key clients
- Engage in select projects as Principal-In-Charge
- Promote the delivery of all HDR services to clients within the market sector
- Participate in the Transportation Business Unit Management Team
Leadership Requirements:
This role demands strong leadership skills, with expertise in strategic planning, business development, staff management, and operational support. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and expansion within the road infrastructure market sector.
