Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our senior management team in key areas including recruitment and human resources-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to attract top talent, develop effective recruitment strategies, and conduct thorough interviews.
  • Assist in creating and disseminating HR documents, such as job descriptions and employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, confidential files, and ensure timely updates of HR documentation.
  • Coordinate leave processes, manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, and implement training and development programs.
  • Implement Employee Assistance Programs, handle injury management, and oversee workers' compensation claims.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant laws and regulations, conduct monthly reporting, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in HR generalism with knowledge of current HR processes and up-to-date employment legislation.
  • Proven experience working with diverse workforces, both blue and white collar.
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
