Job Opportunity: Neighbourhood Administration Officer

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and excellent at communication. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating neighbourhood teams and supporting their activities
  • Managing inquiries, requests, and concerns from customers
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  • Creating correspondence and documentation as needed
  • Organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements efficiently
  • Monitoring office supplies and arranging maintenance/repair of equipment
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Blue Care systems and databases
  • Using software applications, including MS Office and databases, with intermediate to advanced skills
  • Assisting senior staff with special projects as required

Requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (highly regarded)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and database applications
  • Confidence using digital devices or willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a can-do attitude
