
Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team in a pivotal role ensuring business operations run efficiently and deliver an exceptional client experience.
About the RoleThe Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support and coordination across various teams within our communities
- Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries from diverse stakeholders
- Effective rostering and scheduling support for our community teams
- Crafting correspondence and documentation as needed
- Efficiently organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
- Maintaining office supplies and arranging equipment maintenance/repair
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in financial, HR, and other systems and databases
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and database applications with intermediate to advanced proficiency
- Collaborating with senior staff on special projects as required
