Job Title

The Community Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and clients receive an exceptional experience.

About the Role:
  • Support and coordinate different teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via various communication channels
  • Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Rostering and scheduling support to optimize team performance
  • Creation of correspondence and documentation as required
  • Efficiently organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and database applications
  • Confidence with smartphones and digital devices or willingness to learn
