About the Role

The CEO Support and Coordination Specialist is responsible for the smooth running of the office of the CEO, ensuring that the CEO office can function effectively and make high-quality decisions. This role plays an active part in organising almost every aspect of working life for the CEO and is a balancing act: knowing how and when to deal with issues as well as when to give people access, and ensuring the CEO is adequately briefed and prepared for every meeting.

  • Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to plan, perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and consistency of high-quality output.
  • A high level of tact, people skills and ability to maintain confidence.
  • Able to quickly adapt to ambiguity and changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confident in building effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders including clients, media, the Executive team, and all other Roy Morgan Research staff.
