Join Our Client's Executive Team as a Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead the finance functions, partnering with the Board, CEO, and broader Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a best-practice finance function, collaborating with various teams to make informed and business-oriented decisions.
  • Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Evaluating investment opportunities and providing recommendations to the CEO and Board.
  • Managing cash flow and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Overseeing key financial management responsibilities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, procurement, payroll, internal and external audit.
  • Providing strategic input to the direction of the organization.

About You:

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader with a track record of driving business growth through scale. You may come from a Private Equity background or other companies with a complex supply chain, such as consumer goods brands. Commercial acumen, strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to be hands-on and strategic are essential. You will be responsible for building vision and strategy and leading others through implementation. Salary package circa $300k with strong STI and LTI upon meeting growth targets.
