Delivering Quality Care in Rehabilitation Nursing

Job Description

The successful applicant will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients and families, promoting a seamless transition to new life. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with dedicated Medical and Allied Health clinicians, receiving guidance and support from the Nursing Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of health and wellbeing of individuals and rural communities in Western NSW Local Health District.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safe, responsive, and quality nurse care to patients and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients and families.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients and clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in nursing care.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
