As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of solution discovery, including market research, scientific and technology analysis, and concept ideation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the underlying neuroscience of Chronic Insomnia and be able to use that knowledge to hone in on underlying mechanisms of action. They will also be able to facilitate product discovery workshops, user research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet patient needs.

This is a challenging role that requires creative thinking, continuous experimentation, and the ability to build support for new concepts. You will work closely with internal and external technical teams to bring ideas to life and develop business models and commercial go-to-market strategies.

In this role, you will also engage with startup ecosystems involved in Insomnia management, assess potential collaboration models, and influence senior leadership to communicate the product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a seasoned Product expert with an interest in neuroscience and a knack for turning complex problems into actionable solutions. You will thrive in uncertainty, delivering measurable business impact with a user-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of solution discovery, including market research, scientific and technology analysis, and concept ideation
  • Develop a deep understanding of the underlying neuroscience of Chronic Insomnia and use that to hone in on underlying mechanisms of action

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to implement design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies

  • Quantitative mindset with experience delivering solutions that solve real business and user problems
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, aligning product solutions with user needs

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
