About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, and ensuring all department-related paperwork is completed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Managing the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing information on local attractions and activities
  • Completing all department-related paperwork and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
