As a Land Access and Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of major infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in land access management, with a strong understanding of legal, environmental, and community factors. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of land access requirements, staying informed about relevant regulations and permits, and collaborating with landowners, government agencies, and community representatives to address concerns and negotiate access agreements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Land Access Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of land access requirements, considering legal, environmental, and community factors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to land access, and ensure project activities adhere to all requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns, negotiate access agreements, and build productive relationships.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with land access, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of land access agreements, permits, and project-related communications, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in land access management, real estate, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
