Senior Land Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee projects from feasibility to delivery and construction.
- Drive project outcomes through due diligence, planning approvals, and construction
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure milestones are achieved
- Prepare and review feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering design and/or project management with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities is essential for this role. Financial acumen and exposure to Estate Master is highly regarded.
Requirements- 5+ years' experience in Civil Project or Development Management, ideally in land development
