Job Overview

This role involves managing loan files from application to closing, analyzing credit applicant information, and reviewing income & asset documents.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years' experience in conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing or origination, and current Mortgage Loan Processing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage loan files from application to closing.
  • Pull and analyze credit applicant information.
  • Review income & asset documents.
  • Request and obtain referrals from clients.
  • Run DU, stack, and submit files.
  • Communicate effectively with borrowers and Realtors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing or origination.
  • Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience required.
  • NMLS License preferred.
  • Working knowledge of RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations and loan documents preferred.
  • Encompass experience.
