Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong presence in the market, including converting inbound leads into successful loan applications.
  • Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintain open communication with prospects, counsel borrowers, and process mortgage applications over the phone.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively to meet service standards and achieve financial goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and new products in the market.
  • Evaluate credit requests and identify trends in the marketplace.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment is required.
  • Collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating skills are essential.
  • Proactive business development skills are necessary to drive growth.
  • A thorough understanding of retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, procedures, documentation, and systems is necessary for success.
