A loan originator plays a crucial role in the mortgage lending process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan files from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage loan files throughout the entire lending process
  • Analyze credit applicant information and review income and asset documents
  • Request referrals from current and potential clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing or origination
  • Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation required
