Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical assistance and customer service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment on-site and in-house;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clients;
  • Collaborating with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance;
  • Accurately managing service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system;
  • Maintaining company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards;
  • Contributing to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks;
  • Traveling regularly throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (with overnight travel as required).

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair;
  • An Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential;
  • A Radiation Safety Licence – advantageous but not essential;
  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role;
  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills;
  • A Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia;
  • A Willingness to work in a role that is physically demanding;
  • The ability to qualify for a Restricted Electrical Licence – support provided.
