About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our Civils Division, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in delivering high-quality technical designs for a wide range of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and CAD technicians
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other project-related documents
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering
  • Chartered or near-chartered status with a relevant body (MICE or MIStruct E)
  • Full UK driving license and own transport
