Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our national multi-disciplinary water treatment team.

About the Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering project goals and contributing to the design of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.

  • Deliver project goals as part of a national multi-disciplinary water treatment team.
  • Contribute to the design of multiple projects, applying relevant State and Federal legislation and industry standards.
  • Manage production and produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Undertake liaison with project stakeholders and keep abreast of current water and wastewater technology.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, MIEAust or equivalent, CPEng, and RPEQ.
  • Relevant local engineering consulting experience in the Water / General Civils industry.
  • Demonstrated strong technical expertise across a wide spectrum of civil engineering.
  • Expertise in utilizing modeling software, analytics techniques, and conducting detailed design and equipment selection.
  • Ability to prepare, produce technically sound reports and convey complex technical matters effectively to clients.
  • Experience with CHAIR and HAZOP methodologies and competence in identifying risks for medium to large-scale projects.
