Serco is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Workforce Management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business through optimizing workforce engagement and deployment.

This critical position is ideal for someone who embraces business transformation and change management, possesses strong attention to detail, and exercises personal accountability.

You will contribute to the performance and service delivery of our contracts and workforce. The role's primary purpose will be to ensure workforce rosters are reflective of operational requirements, compliant with relevant regulatory instruments and Serco policies, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and exhibit a high degree of professionalism in both work ethic and outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer service requests using ServiceNow
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of employee enquiries or requests
  • Detailed entry of relevant and required information in all ServiceNow tickets
  • Managing employee absence calls and applications
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring roster vacancies are offered and fill rate maximized
  • Ensuring process for shift offer, fill, and employee suitability are in compliance with relevant policies and processes
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service and workforce management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
