Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at the Adelaide Convention Centre. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating catering operations, staff development, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the coordination of catering operations on the floor
- Monitoring labour and material costs, uniform, linen, and service standards
- Coordinating the requirements of clients with other departments of the Centre
About you:
- Significant supervisory experience in front of house (F&B) operations
- Exceptional food and beverage service and bar operation skills
- Experience in delivering special diets
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- A sound knowledge of the local, national, and international events industry
