Event Planning Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Planning Coordinator to join our team at Adelaide Venue Management. As an Event Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning of small to medium events.
Key responsibilities will include working in partnership with clients to match their needs and venue product, using outstanding verbal and written communication skills to determine all event details through professional liaison with clients, suppliers and other members of the ACC team.
A key component of the role is maximising yield through efficient and effective planning and targeted up-selling.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent time management and organisation skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
You will also need to have a proven track record in successfully achieving quality outcomes, meeting and exceeding personal and team business targets, and a proven ability to self-manage a demanding workload.
The successful applicant will be an innovative thinker, with a demonstrated ability to initiate, implement and adapt to change.
