Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager, ensuring effective office administration procedures are implemented to meet centre standards, statutory reporting requirements, and operating requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, responding to customer queries, recording gym memberships, and providing advice and information on PCYC programs and activities.
  • Ensure the centre remains clean, orderly, and conducive to productivity.

About the Role:

This is a casual Administration Officer position, reporting to the Broome Centre Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective office administration procedures, demonstrating customer service excellence, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration or a related field.

Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
