Property Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial models and conduct analyses related to Business and/or Commercial Banking for Property clients
  • Prepare loan applications for new facilities, and coordinate deal execution through documentation and funding
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of portfolio data, compliance requirements, and reporting needs such as pipeline leads, calls, contacts, and revenues versus plan
  • Monitor and report on client performance, including annual reviews and financial/operational metrics to Risk Management
