**About the role**

TAFE Assessors carry out independent assessments and grading for students, with a focus on supporting students to complete tasks, as well as identifying areas for further training. Assessors work within a team of industry professionals in an engaging environment.

We currently have a temporary full-time opportunity until 19 December 2025, for an Assessor - Real Estate to join our TAFE Digital team.
- Note: This role does not teach or deliver training._

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will:

- Highly regarded (not essential) Certificate of Registration or above.
- Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
- Demonstrated ability to assess students against competency-based skills tasks
- Understanding of the content of learning materials and the processes used in the discipline, and a commitment to maintain professional currency.
- Commitment and ability to provide feedback in an adult learning environment and motivate and encourage students.
- The ability to meet all essential requirements in the below position description.
