Job Title: Property Analyst

A Financial Analysis Role with a Focus on Real Estate

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a financial analyst in the property sector, where you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data and providing insights to inform business decisions.

  • You will have the chance to work with large diversified clients and gain exposure to sophisticated property deals.
  • In this role, you will also be involved in financial modelling, credit submissions, and deal execution.
  • Your portfolio management skills will be essential in ensuring high-quality data, compliance, and reporting requirements are met.
  • You will also be responsible for performance monitoring and annual reviews of existing clients, as well as reporting financial and operational performance to risk management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in writing and analyzing credit transactions, completing annual reviews, and reporting, ideally within commercial and/or business banking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Clients service experience in a commercial or business banking environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and well-developed financial analysis and modeling skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions and previous new-to-bank transactional and credit risk experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in business/finance and/or commerce highly regarded.
