Front Office Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a market leader in the transport and logistics space, we pride ourselves on our collaborative and supportive culture.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors into our front office space, answering and transferring calls to relevant staff, and performing ad hoc administrative duties. You will also be responsible for ordering and monitoring of office supplies, as well as maintaining the office and reception space.
Requirements- A minimum of previous experience working in Reception roles is essential for this position.
- You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A professional presentation is also required for this role.
- You will be part of a collaborative and supportive culture.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
