As a Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in managing front-of-house responsibilities and office administration. Your warm and professional demeanor will be the welcoming face of this fourth-generation family-owned business, supporting the team and contributing to the company's legacy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reception and front-of-house duties with expertise and professionalism
- Utilize project management software (ASANA) for efficient job scheduling
- Provide general administrative support, including word processing, data entry, filing, and scanning
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and convey them accurately
- Support the Sales team and other departments as needed
We're offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation, reflecting the importance of this role in our client's operations. In addition to a stable and secure employment environment, you'll enjoy:
