Client Liaison Manager

We're seeking an experienced Client Liaison Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development, especially if you have agency experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating creative and media deliverables across various channels
- Managing a high volume of deliverables while prioritising effectively
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Writing concise and clear briefs for the design team and collaborating closely to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Planning and buying media for new and existing client campaigns
- Liaising with media partners, maintaining strong relationships and keeping up-to-date with their products
- Collaborating with the performance team to brief and optimise digital campaigns
- SUPPORTING STRATEGIC MARKETING INITIATIVES ALONGSIDE THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
