Delivering engineering services is a vital component of supporting the Navy's Surface Fleet. We are seeking a dedicated Sourcing Officer to join our team in this role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing procurement requirements across the vessels lifecycle, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Procurement Management: Manage procurement requirements and develop proactive strategies to meet the needs of the MV CLCM program.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the success of the program.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
