Fitness Services Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional services to our members. As a Fitness Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing information, answering queries, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for promoting our services and programs to customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Promote our services and programs to customers, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other technology as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and transaction data.
- Demonstrated passion for fitness and health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
