Frontline Customer Service Representative

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and friendly individual to join our team as a customer service representative in Port Macquarie.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
- Prospect for new business opportunities, represent the facility in a positive manner.
- Acquire new customers and promote services and programs.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems and apply sound cash handling principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Apply excellent communication skills to engage with customers, both in person and over the telephone.
- Promote centre's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments.
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and obtain a Working With Children Check (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar position or sales, customer service, or retail environment is highly advantageous.
