Fitness Service Representative

About This Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Member Services Officer in Port Macquarie. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, casual users, and potential new members.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service, promoting our services and programs, and achieving individual and team goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale systems
- Promote our centre's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
- Maintain current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail environment is highly advantageous
