">As a key representative of the facility, you will actively promote Genesis in a positive and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
">Responsibilities include:

- Delivering first-class customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone">
- Applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively">
- Promoting centre services and programs to customers and processing bookings and enrolments efficiently">
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and working closely with team members to achieve individual and team goals and targets">
Key Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will require:
