Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and reception duties in accordance with our operational routines and procedures.

They will actively seek new business opportunities, represent the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner, and strive to acquire new members while maintaining first-class customer service.

  • Have a passion for fitness and health
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a customer service mindset. Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous but not essential.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Acquire new members and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Represent the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner
  • Seek new business opportunities and promote the centre's services and programs
