Job Title: Telecommunications Supervisor

The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Telecommunications Department, ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.

This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining Global standards in communications related areas, including FS Chat. The successful candidate will lead, coach, motivate, and develop our onsite telecommunications team to achieve outstanding performance.

The team works closely with other departments on a day-to-day basis, including Reservations and Front Desk, to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  1. Oversight of daily operation of the Telecommunications department.
  2. Leading, coaching, motivating and developing the onsite telecommunications team.
  3. Maintaining Global standards in communications related areas.
  4. Collaboration with other departments on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within reservations or front office in a large international hotel.
  2. Sound understanding of Rooms Division.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Opera experience essential.
  5. Ability to inspire the team with a hands-on approach and leading by example.
  6. Availability to work weekends and evenings as the department operates 7 days a week.
