Key Responsibilities- Coordinate externally run talent assessment and development initiatives
- Design and deliver internally facilitated assessment and development initiatives
- Monitor key talent development and report progress and outcomes
We are seeking an experienced leader with excellent presentation and facilitation skills, demonstrated prudent judgment when making important decisions, and cross-functional expertise in a complex environment. The successful candidate will have experience leading people and teams, developing strategies, change management, and project plans.
