Seeking a detail-oriented and guest service focused professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves maintaining, laundering, packing, delivering and checking costumes for theme park events. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality entertainment experience for internal and external customers by performing tasks such as:

  • Laundering and ironing costumes to ensure they are clean and well-presented
  • Inspecting costumes for damage or wear and tear and recording any necessary repairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Delivering costumes to events on time and in good condition
  • Maintaining costume storage systems and ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
  • Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently
