Job Title: Costume Attendant

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our laundry and costume team as a Costume Attendant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of around 800 employees.

As a Costume Attendant, you will be responsible for the distribution, collection, and laundering of uniforms, costumes, and linens. You will report directly to the Costume Supervisor and work closely with the team to ensure that all items are clean, undamaged, and ready for use.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be willing to learn, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to lift, carry, and stand for long periods, making this a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laundry Care: Wash, dry, iron, and fold uniforms, costumes, and linens as per guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Track and distribute uniforms and linens as needed.
  • Equipment Operation & Chemical Handling: Use washing machines, dryers, and irons safely; follow safety guidelines for cleaning products and report any issues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure items are clean, undamaged, and ready for use.
  • Customer Service: Assist colleagues with uniform and costume needs.
Requirements:

  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
