Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our NSW operations and drive strategic growth initiatives across the region.
About the Role:
As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic visit plan to expand our presence in the region.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers to drive revenue growth.
- Forecast market potential within the region and create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
- Billy build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users.
Skills Required:
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
- Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
