Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local area attractions
  • Complete all department-related paperwork
  • Utilize communication equipment to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales team
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with guests to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Work closely with resort operations teams to provide a high level of service and seamless transitions
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
