Curriculum Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Expert to join our educational team at Nido Early School in Bendigo. This key role involves shaping the curriculum and educational experiences for children from 6 weeks to five years old.


About the Position
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement curriculums that cater to the diverse needs of our children, ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging curriculums aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to achieve academic excellence and foster a love of learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation in education
  • Foster strong relationships with families through effective communication and regular updates on their child's development

Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor in ECEC
  • Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare
  • Be willing to support and guide the team
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
