Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging programs and experiences tailored to the needs and interests of three-year-old children.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
  • Programming and Planning: Document children's learning and development.
  • FAMILY COLLABORATION: Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious, collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the centre.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration: Victorian Institute of Teaching Full Registration ideal, provisional considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Attributes: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering young children's growth and development.
