Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging programs tailored to the developmental needs of three-year-old children. You will create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum Development: Create and deliver high-quality programs that meet the unique developmental needs of each child.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Programming and Planning: Document children's learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Qualifications: Full Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching ideal, provisional considered.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching young children in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
