Curriculum Director Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the educational program for a 84 place service. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of curriculum plans that meet the needs of children from 6 weeks to five years old.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculum plans.
  • Collaborate with educators to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
  • Model, coach, mentor, and engage in critical reflection with the team.
  • Support the execution of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor in ECEC.
  • Experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A willingness to support and guide the team.
